Any artist, collaborative duo, or artist collective who has maintained a residence within the Omaha Metro Area including Washington, Douglas, Cass, Sarpy, and Saunders counties in Nebraska, and Pottawattamie, Mills, and Harrison counties in Iowa for at least one year is eligible to apply. Current application cycle is closed.
